The BGA Incubation Program aims to support projects leveraging blockchain technology to solve real-world problems by offering expertise, resources, branding, and market support.

Our Review Process
The review process is rigorous and fair, with applications receiving updates on status within two weeks. We regret to inform that due to high volumes of applications, only successful projects would receive notification from the BGA.
Round 1
The BGA team will conduct an initial screening of new applications.
Round 2
For potential projects, the BGA Incubation Committee will conduct an in-depth scoring and the BGA community may be engaged for a Community Voting round.
Round 3
Project Interview (with BGA Managing Partner(s) and Advisor(s)). Projects scoring highly for Round 2 would be invited for an interview with a BGA Managing Partner and a BGA Advisor to determine suitability for the incubation program.
Final selected projects will enter the Program's Ignite Incubation, and stand a chance to be considered for the Ascend Incubation.

The incubation program consists of 2 cohorts annually. Each cohort will admit 5 to 10 projects for the Ignite Incubation, with one notable project each year chosen from the top shortlisted projects to enter the prestigious Ascend Incubation.

1. What is the BGA Incubation Program?
The Blockchain for Good Alliance (BGA) Incubation Program is designed to support blockchain projects that utilize blockchain effectively for social and public good. Through funding, mentorship, strategic resources, and branding opportunities, we empower innovators to build impactful solutions.
2. How does the BGA Incubation Program differ from other blockchain incubators?
Unlike traditional incubators, BGA focuses specifically on blockchain projects with a sustainability and social impact lens. We also provide equity-free funding, access to global partnerships, and a pathway to present at the annual BGA gala, the Web3 Oscar, and also a potential exposure via our founding company, Bybit, one of the world's largest centralized exchanges.
3. Who should apply?
We welcome startups, founders, and teams leveraging blockchain technology to tackle real-world challenges. Projects should demonstrate strong alignment with the SDGs and have a scalable, impactful solution.
4. When should I apply?
Applications are on a rolling basis and thus we accept applications throughout the year.
5. What is the selection process like?
The application process consists of three rounds, an initial screening by BGA's core team, community & expert evaluation through the BGA Incubation Committee and community and a final interview conducted with a BGA Advisor and core team member.
6. Do I need to relocate to participate?
No, our program is remote-friendly. However, we may invite selected projects to exclusive in-person events such as the BGA Web3 Oscar or for any in-person events that may occur during the course of the incubation period.
7. What happens after the incubation ends?
Graduated projects gain long-term access to the BGA ecosystem, including:
